5种让自己远离感冒的方法

最近身体不太好,老是循环着感冒,扁桃体也闹革命。看到这个文章,对比一下,原来问题可能大部分还是在自己身上,虽然大环境也不好(例如最近甲流盛行)。

1. Eat a healthy diet.  自己只是注意了温饱,但食物的健康度不够,肉可以少吃,水果看来不能少;

2. Get some sleep. 对于上班一族,睡觉经常是个遗憾,所以周末基本上是往死里睡,父母们经常不理解。看来今后需要远离电脑,多睡觉;

3. Exercise regularly. 这周刚启动跑步计划,但今天好像有忘了。生命在于运动,懒不得;

4. Cut your stress levels. 减压,喊了多年,怎么感觉越来越大呢?工作的、家庭的、事业的、和朋友吃饭聊起的,不提也罢;

5. If you get sick, go for small regular meals and snacks, drink lots of fluids, choose soft foods, ask you doctor and get plenty of rest. 这么多条件,尽量而已。

珍惜生命,远离感冒,这看来应该是个政治任务。明天我要努力。
